Anne Hathaway is rising to Hollywood stardom faster than most people have and it’s all thanks to her wonderful acting skills, her witty humor and of course let’s not forget she’s absolutely gorgeous. So what’s Anne’s secret to staying fit and thin?
In Hollywood, celebrities have to work very hard to keep a good image of themselves. Anne said that in the beginning she thought her body was fine, but as a little bit of time went on, she realized that being in this industry, you had to be better than “just fine” so she decided to do something about it. Anne went in with the goal to lose 10-15 pounds and get her problem areas tones.
Recently, she has been rumored to be on the Guarana Blast Diet which is a diet that burns off fat better than most weight loss supplements out there and also gives you plenty of energy. This diet suppresses Anne’s cravings and helps her lose weight faster while exercising.
Anne’s personal trainer has put her on a serious exercise regime starting with a 5 mile run in the morning, tons of toning exercises, 45 minutes of StairMaster and lots of strength training. Now, Anne looks better than ever, but then again, we always thought she looked great!
