Anne Hathaway is not one for dieting. She says that there is nothing worse for her than not being able to eat her favorite foods. Granted, she does know how to control her cravings and she knows that some of her favorite foods (pizza, tacos), should only be eaten moderately and in portions. That is why she uses portion control for every mean that she has.
Aside from eating regular meals throughout the day, Anne also snacks on vitamin packed fruits and veggies, and says she absolutely loves V8 vegetable juice. She says that even if you’ve been bad one day, you can still balance out the fat intake with some fruits and veggies. To her, it is very important to always keep that in her diet. She also eats whole grain foods, skim-milk and all sorts of cheeses (she loves cheese!). When it comes to meat, Anne likes to keep it healthy; lean meats all the way – as should you !
