How Ashlee Simpson Shed the Baby Weight
Ashlee Simpson recently gave birth to her first son and like any other normal pregnant woman, she gained some weight. But now Ashlee Simpson is determined to shed the baby weight and get back to her normal shape. So what’s Ashlee doing to get back in shape?
First, she went on a diet called the Macrobiotic Diet where the approach to eating is based on choosing foods that are less processed and more natural, and employing more traditional methods of cooking. This is a great diet because the entire family can go on it and have a chance at a healthier, longer life. Ashlee decided to choose this diet over others for that same reason. She doesn’t want to feed her son any processed foods and she wants to keep her family as healthy as possible.
Since Ashlee’s son is still a toddler, she hasn’t had much time to hit the gym, but she does work out in her own home. She’ll usually stick to something she can do in her own living room such as crunches, pilates and yoga, which not only help her lose the weight and get toned, but also help her unwind from a long day.
