Gossip Girl’s Blake Lively has always been in excellent shape from day one, but this accomplished actress works hard at it too. It’s not all flowers and rainbows for Blake – she actually works out a lot and eats a balanced meal.

BLAKE’S WORKOUT ROUTINE

Blake works out at the gym 4-5 times a week. She does about an hour of cardio either on the Stepmaster or the treadmill. She then does an hour of yoga/pilates/tai-chi. She also incorporates weight training into her workout as well as lots of lunges, squates and crunches to get a fit, toned body.

BLAKE’S DIET

Blake eats a balanced diet that is comprised of carbs, protein, and fat. Each and every one of her meals is perfectly proportioned to match her needs as well as her eating habits. Blake also loves to snack on fruits and veggies throughout the day and never misses breakfast.

BLAKE’S SECRET

Blake uses Acai Berry like many other celebs to keep her figure trim and fit. Acai Berry helps her get rid of body toxins, improves her skin and hair and makes her feel healthier as a whole.

    but she’s a good rolemodel for the perfect body, she’s toned and looks healthy, but not too skinny like Taylor Momsen. Blake has the perfect body, keep on fighting for it! I know I will!
