How Britney Spears Whipped Her Body Back Into Shape
Britney Spears has recently lost a lot of weight and got her body to its original fabulous shape. So how did she do it you ask? Well she credits the recent weight loss to lots of hard work, determination, and good food. So how can you get into shape like Britney did? Read on to find out!
Britney says she started laying off the fat foods such as all fast foods, breads, ice cream, etc. She is on a strict diet which includes fish, poultry and lots of fruits and vegetables. She tries to eat tiny meals all throughout the day, and when she craves a chocolatey snack, she simply grabs a powerbar and that not only gives her lots of energy, but keep her diet in check too.
As for exercise, Britney started jogging about 1 hour a day until she lost all the belly fat. She then continued by doing a lot of strength training for about half an hour to 1 hour a day for 5 days a week. She also incorporated a lot of yoga and pilates which worked out her elasticity and abs as well.
To get her fabulous abs back, Britney simply went back to her old routine of doing crunches. She started off with 20 a a day and build her way up to 100 crunches a day over a period of 2 weeks. So follow Brit’s strict diet and exercise routine and you’ll be in shape in no time!
