Brooke Hogan, daughter of Hulk Hogan has always been in great shape, but she did admit that she needed to lose a few extra pounds and she did. Brooke successfully lost 10 pounds and she did it all with a healthy diet and some good exercise. Keep reading to find out what Brooke does to stay in such great shape!
Brooke says that everything she eats is all healthy (well, almost!). She eats tiny meals all throughout the day which include low-fat tuna and mayo, almonds, fruits, grapes, walnuts and salads. She eats “whenever my body tells me I need something, but I try not to eat too late at night. If I do, no carbs.”
When she was trying to lose the weight, Brooke cut out all bread and refined sugars. But she does munch on her favorite foods and does indulge in her favorite pasta once in a while. Brooke was also on the Master Cleanse Diet while trying to lose the 10 pounds.

1. LaraBar energy bar
2. Fruit “sugar in fruit is ok to eat”
3. Organic Mac and Cheese
4. Add lemon juice to Fruit
5. Organic vanilla crackers “relatively low in fat and calories”
Brooke’s Exercise Routine
Brooke has the best personal trainer in the world – her dad! They work out together 6 days a week, mostly in the morning. Brooke does 30 minutes of cardio and an hour of weightlifting. To get those super abs she also does a lot of crunches.
Brooke adds “Sometimes I want to be a thin model. But I’m happy with my body- I think every girl looks at herself and wishes somethinge else. I know I have got a beautiful body.”
