Diet
Cameron likes to eat junk food believe it or not, but she says she does it in moderation and also follows a low-carb diet. She had stopped eating pork for a while after learning that they have the same capacity as a 3-year-old child! Recently though, she has admitted to starting again! “But I started eating pork again, because it’s so goddamned good” she says with a smile as wide as a freeway. Food is one of my biggest pleasures. I love to eat. I love to cook. I love to feed people.”
Dropping Weight Fast When She Wants To!
- Drinks a vegetable-broth soup before dinner, low-calorie, broth based soups that are about 100-150 calories per serving. No canned soups. Her favorite Soup cookbook, 400 Best-Ever Soups by Anne Sheasby.
- Chew sugar free gum to curb her cravings for sugary sweets.
- Reverse Diet, in which you eat a large meal for breakfast, have a regular lunch and a small evening meal. Her favourite breakfast is eggs and garlic, rice with broccoli and chicken or beef. As a surfer’s meal, Cameron says “I eat it first thing, go out and don’t feel hungry for hours.”
Exercise
For the movie Charlie’s Angels she worked out eight hours a day, five days a week for three months. These days she works out at home or gym. Her intense workout consists of 30 minutes on te elliptical and 30 minutes doing lightweights, reverse lunges and pilates. Cameron also enjoys golfing and has worked with trainer Teddy Bass. Cameron is very active and enjoys surfing, snow boarding, hiking, and pilates.
