How Carmen Electra Gets Into Shape
Carmen Electra does her very own cardio strip tease, which you can actually get on DVD, and says it’s practically the best workout because it’s not boring like all the other workouts and you get to learn some new things while doing it too! So what sort of advice does Carmen have to give us?

Carmen says that although she tries as hard as possible to workout 3 times a week and eat healthy, she slips up once in a while too, like the rest of us. But if there is one thing she does love it’s a good dance workout:
I have been dancing since I was five-years-old so I wanted to incorporate things that I have learned over the years through my experience and Pussycat Dolls being one of them, which is kinda fun because it’s the type of workout that isn’t boring, you learn dance moves, how to strip-tease and how to give a lap dance. So you never get bored doing it” says Carmen.
She also says, “I try to workout whenever I can but sometimes I can’t so I have to try to eat healthy just to balance it out.”
Currently, Carmen is on the Mediterranean Diet which is a very popular diet used amnogst celebrities, but it is also a very healthy, and easy to follow diet.
The Mediterranean Diet is a diet that is based on the countries that surround the Mediterranean are. These countries mainly include Greece and Southern Italy.
The diet consists of:
- Generous amounts of fruits and vegetables
- Healthy fats such as olive oil and canola oil
- Eating small portions of nuts
- Drinking red wine, in moderation
- Consuming very little red meat
- Eating fish on a regular basis
- Grains
- Olives
- Breads
