How Catherine Zeta Jones Keeps Fit
Catherine Zeta Jones has been in the movie business for years and as far as I can remember she’s always had a great physique and she always manages to look exquisite. Married to actor Michael Douglas, this mother of two has managed to keep the weight off and stay fit. So how does she do it? Read on to find out!
Catherine has never been a big fan of dieting, so she usually watches what she eats by prohibiting carbs from her diet after 5 pm. She also eats a lot of fruits and vegetables and never drinks pop. She relies to lots of water to keep her hydrated since she eliminated sugar and caffeine from her diet. Catherine also used Weight Watchers after both pregnancies to lose the weight.
As for exercise, Catherine spends 30 minutes a day doing Yoga and Pilates. She also walks on a regular basis as a form of Cardio. Also an avid dancer since she was a little girl, Catherine never stops shaking her booty.
“I ate for Wales when I was pregnant. I weighed, like, 180 pounds. I gained 50 pounds. But then I went on a diet in which I cut carbohydrates out of my diet. I did a lot of walking and got a lot of sleep. Now, I never eat carbs after five o’clock. And I have this frenetic energy that’s unbelievable.”
“I don’t think I’ve eaten chips since I was 14 [and] I drink skimmed milk.”
