How Catherine Zeta Jones Stays Healthy and Fit

Fabulous at 40, Catherine Zeta Jones has all the right curves in all the right places. Although this mom says she despises stick-thin celebs, she does keep an eye out on her figure and watches what she eats. Catherine gained a whopping 50 pounds while she was pregnant, but her wedding to Michael Douglas quickly motivated her to get back in shape.

How Catherine Zeta Jones Stays Fit and Healthy

“I was 180 pounds when I was pregnant with my first child. It takes some time to get it off but there’s nothing like a wedding to get a bride in shape.” said Catherine in an interview.

So how does Catherine stay so fit at 40? Like most other celebs, Catherine is a long-time follower of the well-known Atkins Diet, leaving out carbs and going for meats and cheeses as well as portion-control, which she believes, helped her shed most of her baby weight. After giving birth, Catherine even employed a nutrition coach to help her choose the rights foods and stay on top of things.

Catherine is also an avid fan of fencing, being the Zorro lady that she is of course!

“I was never a jealous woman I never had a fight over jealousy and regarding Michael, if a man looks at him, I’ll be angry, but if it’s a woman it’s better for me because with her, I’ll solve the problem with a sword”.
