How Charlize Theron Stays Fit

South African beauty Charlize Theron knows a thing or two about staying fit and being healthy. You can tell just by looking at her! She works very hard at keeping her body toned and fit but at the same time isn’t afraid to indulge in some of her favorite snacks.

Charlize’s Diet

Charlize is a semi-vegeterian which she means she doesn’t eat meat for most of the time, except for chicken on occassion. She is also on the Raw Food Diet which is a diet that is based on consuming unprocessed, preferably organic, whole plant-based foods, at least 75 per cent of which should be uncooked. This way, Charlize is able to keep her body fit and toned as well as super healthy. But don’t worry, she’s normal just like you and me. She’ll indulge quite often in her favorite snacks too!

Charlize’s Workout

Charlize actually loves to work out (can you tell?) and she’ll do so by doing outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain climbing, biking, skating, etc. There is no better way to stay fit and healthy than include some sort of physical activity into your daily life. Whether you’re taking the stairs instead of the elevator or saying no to that cab ride, every single step counts!
