How Christina Aguilera Lost the Baby Weight
Christina Aguilera recently gave birth and unfortunately was stuck with a little extra baby weight that she desperately needed to get rid of. She lost all 40 pounds that she packed on during her pregnancy in a short period of 4 months. So how did she do it?
Christina says she loves her comfort foods, and isn’t about to give it all up. During her pregnancy she splurged on candy, but she says that she has taken control of that now. Although she doesn’t eat as much, she doesn’t like to deprive herself of her favorite foods such as baked potatoes and steak!
What Christina does now is that she watches her carbs and starches as much as she can. Although she says she loves her white bread, it wasn’t too hard for her to switch to whole wheat. And while she is a late night snacker, she trades in the fatty snacks for fruits and veggies.
Christina’s workout routine consists of 90-minute workouts per day, 5 days a week. This includes 40 minute intervals on the treadmill or the elipitical. She also does 40 minutes of toning which includes strength training and 300 different ab exercises. She finishes off with 10 minutes of stretching and voila, you’ve got your very own Christina Aguilera body!
