Christina’s New Diet
Christina has now switched to the Fat Flush Diet which is actually a diet that helps you melt the pounds away fast. Christina’s New Exercise Routine
To get her arms, legs and abs toned, Christina is hitting the gym and working with a personal trainer doing anything and everything in between crunches, lunges, yoga and pilates. She’s also doing a lot of cardio on the treadmill and spinning classes too.
