Demi Moore has kept her inredible shape for as long as we can remember, and it’s amazing how she outshone Cameron Diaz in a bikini in the movie “Charlie’s Angels: Full Throtle”. Even though she is in her 40’s, Demi still looks as amazing as ever (if not better than she’s ever looked) and it doesn’t seems as if she’s ready to stop. So how does she keep up her amazing shape at 40?
With the Raw Food diet! Sounds gross enough for you? Well it’s not that bad actually. Demi’s diet includes anything and everything that is as fresh as possible and organic as well. Demi dines on fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds.
Because Demi eats all her foods fresh and unheated, there are no toxins. The food that we eat (about 90% of it) is always either already packaged, processed, condensed or heated, therefore all of the nutrients are scarce. Especially when you heat something, the nutrients disappear as compared to fresh fruits that retain all of their vitamins and nutrients.
So how can you incorporated Demi’s diet into yours? Well you have to keep in mind that this diet consists of nothing that is cooked, so you would have to start off slow. Incorporated as many fruits and vegetables into your routine as you can and make your way up from there. Start replacing meals by different nuts and fruits, and slowly you will start seeing changes. So stop eating toxins, get your body to start working properly and feed it what it really needs!
