Evangeline Lilly was our favorite cast-away in the hit TV show “Lost” and we just can’t get enough of her! On top of that, we just couldn’t figure out how she stays so thin all the time! So what are Evangeline’s stay-thin secrets? Keep reading to find out!

Diet

Evangeline Lilly is not your usual celeb. She won’t necessarily stick to a strict low-carb diet, but she tries to watch her eating habits and works out a lot. Even if she eats something fatty, she’ll get right on the treadmill and burn it off!

Exercise

After sticking to a 3 hour a day workout routine, Evangeline cut back to just one hour a day. She enjoys fun activities like golfing, surfing, jogging, ice skating, canoeing, kayaking, snowboarding and rock climbing to stay in top shape. But still does regular workouts like cardio and circuit training.
