How Fergie Stays in Shape
Fergie has the body of a goddess and we’re all dying to know what in the world she does to look like that. She’s got a 6 pack we’re all envious of, toned arms and toned everything else! So how does this diva do it?

Fergie’s Diet
Fergie is not your usual Hollywood type because she doesn’t starve herself. She loves food,and will indulge in her favorite sweets once in a while. Currently,Fergie is on the Food Combining Diet.
The premise of the Food Combining Diet is that certain foods should be eaten together, while other foods should be eaten separately, or at a different time, as each food group requires different digestion times.
Different foods also require different digestive enzymes to assist in the digestive process – some acid, some alkaline. When acids and alkalines come in contact, they neutralize each other and this impedes digestion.
Fergie’s Workout Routine
Fergie credits her toned body all to the treadmill. She hits the gym at least 6 times a week, and never skips a session no matter what. Her treadmill exercise consists of a 40-60 minute uphill run as well as toning and strength training exercises. If only we could all be so motivated as Fergie…imagine what the world would look like!
