Gwen Stefani is America’s sweetheart and we all love her. But at the same time we all envy her perfect body. Gwen is also a fashionista, so it’s no wonder that she has to look good in her clothes no matter what.  So what’s this diva’s secret to keeping herself slim and fit all the time? Gwen’s diet includes eating all healthy food such as rice, lean meats, and fruits and vegetables. She also doesn’t have a big appetite so she doesn’t eat a lot. But she says she doesn’t like to deprive herself of her favorite junk food from time to time.

Gwen’s exercise routine consists of boxing, weight lifting, jogging and pilates. She’s also been rumored to have been on the Master Cleanse Diet to loose a few extra pounds for an award show. Here is what Gwen had to say in an interview on keeping fit and healthy:

“I try not to be but I’m super-neurotic about diet. I’m neurotic about trying not to be neurotic! I’m like every other girl. I have to try really hard my whole life to try to be fit. And I’m super-vain. And I want to wear cute clothes. You know, I was chubby when I was a little girl. And I have all those issues everyone else has. But I try not to. And I’ve learned over the years that it’s such a waste of time. And people like me whether I’m a little bit fatter or not.”
