How Gwyneth Paltrow Lost The Baby Weight

Gwyneth Paltrow has always been in shape, but after having 2 kids, she packed on a considerable amount of weight, only to shed it off just a few months after giving birth! So it’s no wonder that she still looks like a goddess. So how does this accomplished actress do it?

Gwyneth has always been known for her fit body, as well as for her workout and diet regimens. She does a lot of yoga and pilates and she’s even trained with Madonna as her mentor. Losing the baby weight though seemed a little harder than expected, but she pulled through by sticking to a strict diet of her favorite foods such as cheese and whole wheats but avoiding fattening ones like whole milk and butter. She eats a lot of fruits and veggies as well as lean meats and protein.

Gwyneth says she packed on 40 pounds for each pregnancy, but lost about 20 pounds thereafter simply by working out (doing yoga and pilates). She hasn’t deprived herself of good food and believes that organic is the best way to go. Although we think she looks great, Gwyneth says that after her second pregnancy the stretch marks and cellulite are very noticeable, but then again it’s all part of being a mother!
