According to sources, Halle is no longer on a specific diet, but rather on a different lifestyle alltogether. Halle’s diet consists of eating fresh fruits and veggies, lean meats and fish, and plenty of fiber such as beans and seeds. Although Halle is following a healthier lifestyle, she still doesn’t deprive herself of the odd pizza or cheeseburger when she feels like it.
