In a recent interview with OK Magazine, Hilary dished about her workout routine as well as her diet.

How do You Stay in Shape?

“I exercise as much as I can. I also try to eat all the right things – even though I love eating all the wrong things, like gumbo!”

So You Eat Whatever You Want?

“Well, I do eat up a storm, so it’s good that I like to work out. It just means I have to spend more time at the gym.”

Today, she exercises three times a week.

“I don’t do it as often as I should,” she says.
