How Janet Jackson Lost 60Lbs

Janet Jackson is famous for her weight going up and down all the time as well as for using yo-yo diets. But now Janet is opening up and actually writing a book about it where she tells all about her struggles.

“I’m really coming from the soul with it, and what I was going through at different times in my life and what possibly brought it about for myself”

Last year Janet weighed a little more than she should, but after she dropped 60lbs, this is what she had to tell Extra:

“I could not believe how big I was, how heavy I really was. I would see myself in the mirror, but I wouldn’t look too often. I didn’t want to get used to that image.”

Janet Jackson is on the Food Combining Diet which is basically a diet that lets you group your foods together. Certain foods should be eaten together, while other foods should be eaten separately, or at a different time, as each food group requires different digestion times.

And of course we all know how hard Janet works out. She still tries to incorporate her vigorous workout routine by doing a bunch of different exercises such as yoga and pilates.
