Jennifer Garner recenelty gave birth to her second daughter Seraphina Rose Elizabeth Affleck on January 6th in Los Angeles, and since then, she’s successfully lost the weight by going on the Zone Diet. Jennifer got back in shape within 6 weeks and now she’s determined to get back in shape by doing tons of toning exercises and adopting and easier, more balanced diet.

Jennifer’s Diet

Now, Jennifer is rumored to be on the Macrobiotic Diet, since the entire family can participate.The macrobiotic approach to eating is based on choosing foods that are less processed and more natural, and employing more traditional methods of cooking.Dietary recommendations include whole grains such as brown rice and grain products such as pasta, a variety of cooked and raw vegetables, beans and bean products such as tofu, sea vegetables, mild natural seasoning, fish, fruit, nuts, seeds, and mild beverages.

The Macrobiotic Diet is an extremely healthy diet that anyone can go on: it’s not just for losing weight, but also for maintaining your current weight and enjoying a healthy lifestyle.

Jennifer’s Workouts

We’re not quite sure what Jennifer does exactly to stay in shape, but we know she’s been doing a lot of toning exercises from abs to lunges to squats, etc. She also runs on the treadmill for about 45 minutes and does a lot of strength training. Keep it up Jen, you look amazing!
