Her previous diet included a portion of protein, carbs and fiber. But now Jennifer has ditched her diet for a more sensible one consisting of salads, grilled chicken, nuts, and cranberry juice.
JENNIFER’S EXERCISE PLAN
To get in shape, Jennifer needed a serious exercise plan. She started jogging at least 3 times a week and hired a personal trainer to get her on track. After her run, Jennifer does 4 sets of squats, push-ups and sit-ups.
