How Jessica Simpson Keeps her Body Toned
Jessica Simpson got in shape before shooting her movie “Dukes of Hazzard”. Her diet and workout routine was supervised by her personal trainer, Mike Alexander. He sat with Jessica through her every meal, making sure that she was ordering the right things.
During those months, Alexander lived with Jessica, watching what she ate as well as how she exercised. She ate girlled chicken and fish accompanied by vegetables, and stayed away from breads and deserts.
Her exercise routine consisted of one hour of weights, 30 minutes of cardio, and lots and lots of squats, sit-ups and lunges. Jessica lifted weights that were only between 7-7 1/2 pounds, which isn’t very heavy. But she was persistant at it, which is obviously the key!
Basically, lunges are the best exercise you can do since it boosts your metabolism better than any other exercise out there. So follow Jessica’s routine and you’ll be looking like a star in no time!
