As you may or may not have heard, Jessica Simpson and long-time beau Tony Romo have ended their relationship, and now Jessica wants revenge in the form of looking better than ever! After the split, Jessica said, ‘I want my old body back,’” a friend of the singer reveals in the new issue of  OK! magazine. So what’s this singer doing to get back into shape?

How Jessica Simpson Lost 10 Pounds in 10 Days

Jessica started by going through her fridge and cupboards and throwing away everything that was bad for her or that would slow her down in the slim-down process. Jessica has also been seen going in and out of famous Hollywood trainer’s, and creator of the 5-Factor Diet fitness center, Harley Pasternak.

“Jess is serious about getting her body back into fighting shape,” her pal reveals to OK!. “Working out is helping to give her focus and clear her head. It’s better than sitting around moping or throwing pity parties with ice cream sundaes.”

Needles to say, Jessica’s work has already paid off as she has already lost 10 pounds within 10 days of working out!

“She doesn’t want to give anyone more reason to not take her seriously,” explains the pal. “She’s tired of weight being a talking point.”

Harley Pasternak has put her on the fabulous 5-Factor Diet which is a diet and fitness program that gets you to stop counting calories, carbs, food measuring as well as time consuming exercises. The plan is made up of five, 25-minute workouts per week, all of which can be done using a dumbell and a bench. The 5-Factor Diet also consists of eating 5 healthy meals per day.
