First off, there is no doubt that Kate Hudson works out very hard to keep her body toned and healthy. She gets up early in the morning and goes for a half a mile jog, after she sprints the 200 and 300meter track. She’ll also do yoga, as well as 45 minutes of strength training.
As for her diet, Kate has tried many different diets including the Zone Diet and the South Beach Diet. Recently though, she’s been on the Mediterranean Diet which is a diet comprising of healthy, Mediterranean foods. The Mediterranean Diet is an excellent diet since it features delicious food; you don’t even notice you’re on a diet.
