Kelly Obsourne has struggled with her weight on and off for a big part of her life, but now, she’s in the best shape of her life. And it’s all thanks in part to Dancing With the Stars.
Kelly Osbourne lost a whopping 25 pounds on Dancing With the Stars, where she placed third. Since finishing on the show, Kelly seems to have lost even more weight! She even walked the runway at Fashion Week. So how did Kelly manage to keep the weight off and how does she continue to lose weight?
Well apart from sticking to a healthy diet, Kelly also have some tricks up her sleeve claiming that one of her best tips is to eat before bed. What?!!?
“I’ve completely changed the way I eat since doing Dancing With the Stars. A trick I’ve learned is to eat just a little bit of something that has no carbs and no sugar in it before you go to sleep because it keeps your metabolism going. They say you should never eat before you go to bed, but I’ve found just having a tiny little snack — like half an apple or something like that — before you go to sleep really helps.”
So while it may be a bad idea to eat a BigMac before going to bed, having something light like an apple is actually a great idea. It’s best to eat small, frequent meals throughout the day because it speeds up your metabolism and keeps you full so you don’t have to pig out!
