How Kim Kardashian Stays in Shape
Kim Kardashian is known for her bodacious behind, but she says that it takes a lot of work to stay fit and keep her curves too! Aside from being on the acclaimed television show Dancing With the Stars, Kim stays in shape by doing a combination of different things. Keep reading to find out!
Kim loves her sweets and she’s not about to give them up, but she does try to keep track of what she eats and cuts back as well. She uses portion control to keep her shape and also eats a lot of protein because she wants to gain more muscle. Kim’s secret? Just say no to soda!
So what does Kim do to stay in shape? She hits the gym anywhere between 3-5 times a week. She starts off on the treadmill for about 30 minutes, after which she lifts weights for another 30 minutes, alternating between legs and arms. She then continues her workout with ab exercises such as crunches and finishes off by doing some strectches. Once she gets home, she practices her squats and lunges. Kim says that the gym is not the only thing that keeps her in shape, but healthy eating too! Adopting a new way of eating is the best way to start a diet.

hi my name is nikki and after reading this it makes me just really look up to her becasue she is soo fit and pretty.. im only 13 and i want to look like her.. starting this week im going nto work out cuz i dont like my body image.. and my friend told me if u dont like the way u look u can always change it… but then again im not going to stay like this my whole life! after all i didnt go all the way through pubirty yet!so i could do what some people do and grow it out or i coul,d do wht i think is best from me and im going to be like kim and work out… i lov kim i look up to her and i always will<3!! thanks for the tips!!!

hi umm my name is joi and just like nikki im only 13 and i also want 2 look like kim i hate the way i look to i guess u can say im a little self concious because everywhere i look i see some person-celebrity- thats in such great shape i want to work out and be fit and healthy and stay that way!!!!! i really look up to kim to thanks
