How Kim Kardashian Stays in Shape
Kim Kardashian is known for her bodacious behind, but she says that it takes a lot of work to stay fit and keep her curves too! Aside from being on the acclaimed television show Dancing With the Stars, Kim stays in shape by doing a combination of different things. Keep reading to find out!
Kim loves her sweets and she’s not about to give them up, but she does try to keep track of what she eats and cuts back as well. She uses portion control to keep her shape and also eats a lot of protein because she wants to gain more muscle. Kim’s secret? Just say no to soda!
So what does Kim do to stay in shape? She hits the gym anywhere between 3-5 times a week. She starts off on the treadmill for about 30 minutes, after which she lifts weights for another 30 minutes, alternating between legs and arms. She then continues her workout with ab exercises such as crunches and finishes off by doing some strectches. Once she gets home, she practices her squats and lunges. Kim says that the gym is not the only thing that keeps her in shape, but healthy eating too! Adopting a new way of eating is the best way to start a diet.
