Meg starts the day off with breakfast – no matter what. She’s not very particular about what she eats in the morning since she does so many things during the day – everything will just burn off anyways! At lunch and dinner, Meg likes to eat as little calories and carbs as possible including lots of fresh fruits and veggies in between.
Meg Ryan’s Exercise Routine
Meg starts the day off with some serious jogging – about an hour each day. She then calms her body down by doing a half an hour of yoga and pilates. She also includes crunches, jumping jacks and lunges to tone her muscle. Three times a week she also does strength training.
