How Naomi Watts Lost the Baby Weight
Actress Naomi Watts knows a thing or two about dieting since it didn’t take her very long at all to lose all her baby weight and get back into shape. She gave birth to her first child back in July and now she looks better than ever. So what’s her secret?
Naomi says she breastfed a lot and that helped her get some of the extra weight off. She also worked very hard with a personal trainer to tone her problem areas such as her tummy.
“Three weeks before we started filming ‘The International’ I decided that I better get into changing my body back again. And they gave me a trainer and it was very effective and also breastfeeding. That’s how you drop weight. Even though you’re just eating all the time he is eating too,” said Naomi of her post-pregnancy plan.
Naomi also lost extra weight by going on the Master Cleanse Diet which is basically a quick-fix diet if you need to lose some weight fast. The Master Cleanse Diet is a concoction of freshly squeezed lemon juice, grade B maple syrup, cayenne pepper, and filtered water that is free of fluoride.
