Rachel Bilson is one of my favorite actresses simply because she seems so humble and she is also such as great actress. On top of that, she’s got a killer sense of fashion but she’s also got a body to go along with that. Rachel works out hard to keep her body in shape, but she says she’s also a fanatic when it comes to candy and chocolate. So how does Rachel stay in such great shape?
Recently, Rachel has been rumored to be on the Raw Food Diet which is a diet that comprises of eating raw, uncooked foods such as fruits and vegetables, nuts, beans, and other foods alike. As for working out, Rachel has a busy schedule, but she incorportes exercise as much as possible by doing yoga, pilates and jogging almost every morning.
