This 5’5 actress works hard at keeping up her curvacious shape and says that although it’s not always easy, she tries to incorporate fun activities into her routine workouts. So how does she do it? Rachel says she is lucky because she has a great metabolism, but she still uses portion control to keep her weight normal and stay in shape. She also eats a balanced diet which includes fruits, veggies, whole wheats, and lean meats.
