First off, Eva is an avid eater of Sushi – she just can`t get enough of it! So that`s enough to tell you that she eats healthy! She is also on the 5-Factor Diet and believes that by eating little healthy meals all throughout the day, you can easily achieve your goal weight!

Eva doesn`t like to strain herself, so she rarely ever does weights. She mostely focuses on cardio and does a lot of hiking and jogging.

“I’m addicted to sushi, and I always ask the chef to make rolls with half the rice. I do very light weights and a lot of cardio. It’s more important for me for health. As you can probably see, the way I look.”

“I’m very healthy looking. I’ve never fallen under that skinny mold. I have a very healthy self-image. My mother gave me that.” For some reason, tacos from Jack in the Box really do it for me. Once you start doing the red carpet thing, you can become very critical of yourself – it’s very easy. I decided, I’m not falling into that. It’s just not healthy. I recently visited this Korean spa and there were all these beautiful Korean women bathing, being totally comfortable, no matter what type of body they had. I thought, This is what it must have been like back in the Roman-bath days. And you feel like you’re all in it together, in a weird way.”
