The secret here is to not strain yourself, but rather, just give your body at least 20 minutes of exercise in whichever form you want.
Second, Eva tries to keep a healthy diet and so should you! Although she rarely deprives herself of junk food that she loves, she eats in in moderation and follows up with healthy snacks such as baby carrots and celery. Eva also eats three healthy meals a day with lots of snacks in between. This way, her matabolism speeds up because the body is constantly being fed and exercising, therefore, there really isn’t time for those nasty carbs and calories to deposit themselves on your thighs.
