There is no doubt in my mind that we all envy Pamela Anderson’s body, and although she’s had a few cosmetic procedures, her actual physique is impeccable and that is all her doing! So what can you do to get Pamela Anderson’s body – well aside from the boobs of course! Read on to find out!

First off, Pamela is a true vegetarian. A big activist for PETA, this animal lover does not eat any meat, and therefore this helps her stay in shape. She also stays away from carb loaded foods as well as trans-fat foods, and she says she does not really eat a lot of junk foods. She’s gotten herself used to eating lots of fruits and veggies.

Of course when Pamela needs to lose a few pounds, she uses Acai Berry, which is the number one weight-loss supplement in the United States today. Hundreds of celebs use it and apparently it works! These natural berries get Pamela to loose a few extra pounds when she feels the need to!

As for exercise, Pamela likes to jog a lot and she’ll do that about 5 times a week, maybe even more. She also loves doing pilates and yoga, and finds herself drawn to Tae-Bo a lot of the times. Other than that, she says she likes to mix up her workout routine as much as possible as not to get bored. She’ll run on the beach one day, and on the treadmill the next!

Pamela is also known for having tried the Master Cleanse Diet to loose a few pounds before important events such as premieres and Red Carpet events. She says that although it works wonders, it is only temporary, but still a great way to look fabulous on a big day.
