Is Oprah Still on a Diet?
Oprah’s weight has been fluctuating over the years, but the queen of talk was always about being healthy, exercising, and looking and feeling good too. Unfortunately, I think it’s easier said than done. Although Oprah advocates about health and diet issues, she can’t seem to actually follow them herself (much like most of us, right?).

So the question remains…is Oprah still on a diet anymore? Well, from the looks of it, we can safely say no. But, that isn’t to say that she doesn’t try. Weight can be a hard thing to let go of, especially since there are so many food choices everywhere we go and so many delicious ones at that too! Although Oprah doesn’t seem to be on a diet, there are rumors going around that she is actually just starting on a new diet because she feels she just can’t take the weight anymore.
Although we’re not sure what diet Oprah is on, or the rumors are actually true, we do think she does actually try…maybe not as hard as she should, but still. We’ve seen Oprah talk about diet, health and exercise so many times, how in the world can she not employ her own found methods? Needless to say, Oprah seems to be having a hard time at shedding the weight, although she was seen going in and out of a gym several times these past months.
But whatever she is doing, whether it’s a new diet, some exercise routine, or a crazy detox, we wish her well in her weight loss journey!
