Janet has just started on the Zone Diet and so far, it has been working really well for her. The objective with the Zone Diet is to maintain a hormonal balance by eating specifically prepared meals. The food plan consists of a balanced ratio of carbohydrates (40%), fat (30%) and proteins (30%). This is a very healthy diet for anyone looking to lose weight and keep it off. Best of all, you don’t have to go it alone, since the entire household can participate in this diet.
