Janet Jackson’s Workout Routine

Janet Jackson’s been struggling with her weight for some time now, but whether she’s skinny or a little heavier, we all love her and appreciate her for her amazing music. Now, Janet opened up about her workout routine and I thought I’d share it with you guys. So here’s what Janet does to stay in shape.

Workout Routine:

  • Janet works on her legs twice a week (reserve lunges, toe touches, and leg presses)
  • Upper body workout twice a week (push-up, pull-downs, chest flyes, biceps and triceps)
  • 3 days a week of ab training
  • 5-6 days of cardiovascular exercises (kickboxing, basketball, tennis, jumping rope, running)

Janet also tries very hard to eat a healthy, balanced diet but she says that sometimes she falls off the wagon. Although it’s not always easy to eat healthy, you can balance that out by exercising at least 3 times a week.

Also, whenever you feel the need to snack, why not make a delicious fruit salad with a little drizzle of honey. Honey is very healthy and a great antioxidant, so you can always add a little sweet without the guilt!
