The point of the Zone Diet is to maintain a hormonal balance by eating specifically prepared meals. The food plan consists of a balanced ratio of carbs (40%), fat (30%), and proteins (30%).
Jennifer and her personal trainer make sure she stays on track with the diet as much as possible. Apart from following the Zone Diet, Jennifer also works hard in the gym, especially when it comes to yoga.
