Recently, Jennifer Aniston has gotten into amazing shape and there couldn’t have been a better time, especially since she’s turning 40 in February! In a recent interview with US Weekly, Jen said she works hard at keeping her body taut, doing yoga and pilates every other day with her long-time personal trainer Mandy Ingber. These sessions last about 2 hours every time so it’s no wonder she looks so good!
“Jen has a mini-gym in her house and her trainer comes to her,” says a source.
She also hits the treadmill and elliptical for about 45 minutes as well as free weights. As for her diet, Jennifer Aniston used to be on the Zone Diet but she’s still very disciplined about what she eats.
“She eats a ton of fish and fruit, drinks wine and avoids carbs, ” says an insider of the star, who opts for healthy eats. “She works very, very hard to keep the body she has,” says the source, adding Aniston isn’t one to splurge. “She might have a bit of guacamole, but that’s it!”
