Jennifer Garner’s Diet and Exercise Routine
Jennifer Garner was never by any means fat or chubby but after her pregnancy, she did gain some baby weight (totally normal of course!). Just a few months after though, Jennifer was photographed walking around and looking absolutely fabulous – almost as if she had never been pregnant to being with! So what does Jennifer do to stay in such amazing shape? Keep reading to find out!
Jennifer says she tries to keep her calories to a maximum of 1,600 a day. She’ll eat about 5 mini-meals a day and she always incorporates fresh fruits and veggies into her diet. Jennifer’s diet consists of boiled eggs for breakfast, fresh fruits for snacks, and boiled/grilled chicken and/or fish for dinner. Occasionally, she’ll also have a glass of wine – it’s very healthy you know!
As for working out, Jennifer says that she’s not the biggest fan, but she knows she has to move around to keep her shape and her youth. So she jogs a lot, does weight training, yoga and pilates. She’ll work out between 3-4 days a week, an hour each session.
