Jennifer Garner’s Post-Baby Diet
Since giving birth to her second daughter Seraphina Rose Elizabeth Affleck on January 6th in Los Angeles, Jennifer Garner has been trying to get rid of that baby weight and get back to her normal body. Of course at the moment she’s not straining herself to loose too much weight since it’s only been a month, but she’s starting a new regime and here it is.
Jennifer’s New Diet
To get back to her normal shape, Jennifer decided to go on a sensible, but safe diet to lose the baby weight. She just started on the Zone Diet and already she’s started to see some results. The objective with the Zone Diet is to maintain a hormonal balance by eating specifically prepared meals. The food plan consists of a balanced ratio of carbohydrates (40%), fat (30%) and proteins (30%). This is a great diet since the entire family can partake in it; the foods are all perfectly balanced so you eat a healthy, perfectly delicious meal.
Jennifer’s Exercise Routine
Jennifer is pretty busy with her new baby girl these days, but she makes time early in the morning for a quick jog, after which she does some quick strentgh-training as well as yoga.
