Jennifer Hudson is one of those celebrities that actually embraces her body, but recently, she’s had some weight issues. Not long ago, Jennifer lost 60 pounds and although she’s managed to keep some of it of, she did gain back a little bit. Now, Jennifer is determined to lose the extra weight and keep it off for good. So what’s she doing?
According to close friends of Jennifer’s, the star is currently trying out the Mediterranean Diet. Basically, this diet is composed of foods that are found in the Mediterranean area.
The diet consists of:
- Generous amounts of fruits and vegetables
- Healthy fats such as olive oil and canola oil
- Eating small portions of nuts
- Drinking red wine, in moderation
- Consuming very little red meat
- Eating fish on a regular basis
This is a great diet, especially for anyone wishing to change their eating habits, like Jennifer. The Mediterranean Diet is not a hard diet to follow since there aren’t a lot of restrictions, just a guideline to a healthy way of eating. Aside, from following this diet, Jennifer is also exercising. She’s been seen going in and out of the gym, doing mostly cardio to help melt off the extra fat.
