Although actress Jennifer Love Hewitt has had some weight issues in the past, she hasn’t looked better than she does now! In a recent photoshoot with Maxim Magazine (where she was on the cover), Jennifer looked nothing short of breathtaking, so we wandered what it is she did different this time. A close source tells us about Jennifer’s new healthy diet that she now follows religiously.

According to a close friend of hers, Jennifer is currently following the 5-Factor Diet which is an immensly popular diet used amongst celebrities. In fact, it may just be the most popular celebrity diet. Why, you ask? Simply because it fits busy schedules, and Jennifer is one busy girl. The premise with the 5-Factor Diet is to follow not only a healthy diet, but to exercise at the same time as well. This plan is devised to incorporate both healthy eating and working out all at the same time, in unison. Basically, one cannot be without the other; it’s a lifestyle.

It’s easy for Jennifer to follow this diet because you get to eat 5 healthy meals a day, accompanied by a 25 minute workout a day (5 days a week). What’s best about this diet though is that you’re allowed to cheat one day a week where you get to eat whatever you want. So really, you’re not starving yourself, but rather adopting a healthy eating habit.

Since being on the 5-Factor Diet, Jennifer has not only looked better, but claimed she felt better overall. It’s easy to follow this diet, but of course, unlike any other diet, you must be motivated.
