So what’s this hot mama’s secret to staying so fit and thin? Jessica attributes it all to healthy eating, treating yourself once in a while, and exercising. She is currently on the Raw Food Diet which is a diet where you consume only raw foods. Jessica eats unprocessed, preferably organic, whole plant-based foods, at least 75 per cent of which is uncooked. This way of eating is actually very healthy since eating raw foods keeps all of the food’s vitamins intact. Of course, meat should still be cooked, but most Raw Food dieters are vegetarians, so it works out.
Jessica Alba’s Workout Routine
Jessica claims she loves doing yoga and pilates and she attributes that to her tonned body. She says she doesn’t like the treadmill, but she knows she has no choice, especially in this business. Jessica does about 50 minutes of cardio 3-4 times a week and keeps up with yoga and pilates 6 days a week, giving herself a day of rest and a day of treating herself to some of her favorite foods.
