Jessica Biel’s Diet and Workout
Jessica Biel has a body that she is very proud of and we can safely say that we’re proud of her too. I mean with a body like that, who wouldn’t be? But Jessica works very hard to stay in shape and although it’s hard for her to diet, since she loves her sweets, she still tries to maintain a healthy meal plan.
Recently, Jessica went on the Atkins Diet. This is predominantly a low-carb diet and it has two important unrecognized factors in Western eating habits that lead to obesity. First, is the consuming of refined carbohydrates which includes sugar, flour and high-fructose corn syrup. Second, is the saturated fats that we consume which in today’s age, is in almost everything.
The Atkins Diet is an excellent weight-loss diet that won’t do any damage, but will help you learn healthy eating habits for life. I would definitely recommend this diet to anyone wanting to be healthy or lose weight.
