Jessica Biel’s Diet Secret: Eat Less!
If there’s one celebrity that works hard for her body it’s Jessica Biel. Not only does this girl have the perfect body, but she’s also very smart about what she eats and how often she exercises. Keep reading to find out what her secret is!
Well, you probably guessed it from the title: Jessica just eats less! In in interview she did last year, Jessica admitted to eating only half her portions:
“I say, ‘Eat things you like, but eat them in smaller portions’. I always cut things in half and send them back. I’m not perfect, I don’t always do those things, but that’s the goal.”
Although we don’t encourage you to go to restaurants and send half your food back (it’s suuuch a waste), we do encourage you to cook smaller portions or just ask your waiter/waitress to bring out a smaller portion!
