Jessica Biel’s Diet

March 16th, 2009 Posted in Jessica Biel

Jessica Biel’s diet and workout is an intense one. If there is one person in Hollywood that works their butt off, literally, it’s Jessica. Her workout routine is a very intense, fast-paced one, and she doesn’t stop until her trainer tells her to. Jessica also eats a healthy, balanced meal that’s comprised of whole, organic foods.

Jessica Biel's Diet and Workout

Here is a sample of her diet:

  • Breakfast: 1 cup of oatmeal with handful of berries or oatmeal with diced apple and cinnamon, and a side of protein (typically one egg scrambled with three egg whites)
  • Snack: 1 slice whole wheat toast with almond butter and sliced bananas on top.
  • Lunch: Vitamin-rich salad (spinach, asparagus, broccoli) dressed with lemon and a teaspoon of olive oil or vinaigrette plus with 5-6 oz of chicken
  • Snack: A banana or apple or strawberries or soy-based protein drinks made with nonfat milk or protein bars or a dozen unsalted almonds.
  • Dinner: 6oz. of fish, plate full of veggies, 1/2 cup of low-glycemic basmati rice. A couple of pieces of dark chocolate.

Jessica has also been known to be on the Raw Food Diet which is a diet that is comprised of non-processed, raw foods such as fruits and veggies, and nuts and beans. This is a very healthy diet because the foods do not lose their vitamins since they are not cooked. In their raw state, fruits and veggies are much more nutritious than when cooked.

Jessica also has an intense workout which she does almost every day alongside her personal trainer. She does intense track exercises, as well as medicine ball core training workouts. When Jessica does her lunges and abs, she always includes the medicine ball for more strength.

Personally I think this is a great method to become fit for nearly no expenses. There’s a lot of trainers telling people to get all kind of weird equiment. Worth read entry.
