Jessica Simpson Goes on a Diet
Recently, Jessica Simpson has been bashed left and right for her recent weight gain and even though we think she looks great with all her curves, some people in Hollywood think it’s a big no-no. Now, Jessica wants to redeem herself by losing some weight and getting back to her Daisy Duke silhouette. How is she planning on doing that? Keep reading to find out!
Jessica’s Diet Plan
Jessica plans to lose weight by going on the Zone Diet which is used by hundreds of celebs. The objective with the Zone Diet is to maintain a hormonal balance by eating specifically prepared meals. The food plan consists of a balanced ratio of carbohydrates (40%), fat (30%) and proteins (30%). Jessica plans to stay on this diet for as long as it takes to lose an extra 15-20 pounds and get back to her original weight.
Jessica’s Workout
Jessica will also be working extra hard by getting a personal trainer and trying to tone her arms, butt, abs, legs and everything else in between. Her personal trainer is having her run on the treadmill for 45 mins, after which she’ll switch to the Stairmaster for 30 minutes. She will also be doing tons of lunges, ab exercises and strength training to ger her back in shape. Jessica’s workout will be on a continuous 6 days a week until she loses the weight, after which she’ll keep up with a more relaxed workout such as yoga and pilates.
