Jessica Simpson has been the butt of jokes for the past year ever since she gained a little weight and although we didn’t think she was the least bit fat, she decided to do something about it and lose the extra weight.

Jessica jumped on the celebrity diet wagon and started following the 5-Factor Diet, a very popular diet amongst celebrities that promises to get you back in shape in no time. Harley Pasternak, creator of the diet, is also trainer to a handful of celebs, including Jessica.

The 5-Factor Diet is comprised of following a healthy diet along with exercise. The dieter must workout 5 times a week for a minimum for 25 minutes alternating between cardio, strength training, and stretching. The diet also consists of eating 5 healthy meals a day, hence the name.

Followers of this diet can rest assured that they will see a difference in as little as two weeks. As long as everything is kept withing the rules and regulations of the diet, you should have no problem losing weight.
